OwnReach Campaign Platform Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the OwnReach Campaign Platform website at own-reach.net and, when made available, the OwnReach Campaign Platform service operated by SEER AI.
Current Product Status
OwnReach Campaign Platform is currently in development. Features, availability, supported platforms, and provider integrations may change before general availability.
Permitted Use
You may use OwnReach only for lawful business and marketing purposes and in accordance with these Terms and any applicable third-party platform requirements.
Prohibited Use
You may not use OwnReach to:
- Violate applicable laws or regulations.
- Publish fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or unlawful content.
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
- Interfere with the security or operation of OwnReach.
- Introduce malware, malicious code, or automated abuse.
- Misrepresent your identity or authority to act for an organization.
- Use connected third-party platforms in violation of their terms or policies.
User Content and Campaign Materials
Users are responsible for campaign content, media, instructions, approvals, and other materials they provide to OwnReach. Users must have the rights and permissions necessary to use and publish those materials.
Third-Party Platforms
OwnReach may support connections to third-party platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms, policies, permissions, availability, and technical requirements. SEER AI does not control those platforms and cannot guarantee their continued availability or approval of any particular integration.
Account and Organization Security
Users are responsible for protecting access to their accounts and for ensuring that only authorized individuals act on behalf of their organizations.
Intellectual Property
OwnReach Campaign Platform, its software, branding, documentation, user interface, and related materials are owned by SEER AI or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of user-provided campaign content to SEER AI.
Service Changes and Availability
SEER AI may modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the product, provider requirements, security needs, or legal obligations change.
No Warranty
To the extent permitted by law, OwnReach is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. SEER AI does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, continuous availability of third-party platforms, or specific marketing outcomes.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SEER AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use OwnReach.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated as OwnReach features, integrations, or legal requirements change. The date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision.
