OwnReach Campaign Platform is operated by SEER AI. Users may request deletion of information associated with their use of OwnReach.
How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of OwnReach-associated information, email: support@seer-ai.net
Use the subject line: OwnReach Data Deletion Request
Include enough information for us to identify the relevant OwnReach account or organization. Do not send passwords, access tokens, API keys, authentication codes, recovery codes, or other account secrets.
Verification
SEER AI may need to verify the identity or authority of the requester before deleting information, especially when a request concerns an organization account or information belonging to multiple users.
Information That May Be Deleted
Depending on the information associated with the account and the features in use, deletion may apply to items such as account information, campaign materials, media, workflow records, scheduling information, and connected-platform configuration maintained by OwnReach.
Third-Party Platforms
Deleting information from OwnReach does not automatically delete information held independently by third-party platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or X.
Users may need to manage or delete information directly through those third-party platforms according to their own policies and account controls.
Legal and Security Retention
Certain limited information may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or other legitimate obligations.
Current Product Status
OwnReach Campaign Platform is currently in development. Live social-platform authorization and production publishing are not currently enabled through this public website.
